Irvine, California, United States, January 2025 – Carly Contursi has taken up a new role as Vice President, People & Culture at Green Street, the leading provider of commercial real estate research, news, data, and analytics. In this role, Carly will lead Green Street’s HR and cultural strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and fostering a people-first culture to support the company’s mission of delivering actionable insights and intelligence in the real estate sector.
Before joining Green Street, Carly served as Global Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Seismic, where she supported executives across global operations, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy for over three years.
Earlier, Carly held senior HR roles at Experian, where she contributed as Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, focusing on compensation structures, HR strategy, and talent development. She also served at Johnson & Johnson as a Global HR Leader, strengthening her expertise in workforce optimization and global HR practices.
Carly’s early career includes impactful roles at Broadcom, First American Financial Corporation, and Allergan, where she honed her skills in HR operations, metrics, and employee engagement.
