Milford, Massachusetts, United States, June 2025 – Carly Graham has taken on the role of Senior Director Human Resources at Waters Corporation, a recognized global leader in analytical instruments, separations technology, and software. In this newly appointed capacity, Carly will provide strategic HR leadership, guiding talent strategies and organizational development initiatives for Waters’ growing global operations.
Before this appointment, Carly served as Director, HRBP at Waters Corporation for nearly three years. In this role, she led key HR business partnering functions and contributed to initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce engagement, developing leadership pipelines, and aligning HR practices with business objectives across multiple regions.
Prior to joining Waters, Carly spent over eight years with Clean Harbors, holding roles of increasing responsibility from HR Generalist to HR Director. She played an instrumental part in building HR operations, supporting large employee populations, leading employee relations, and implementing best practices for compliance and talent management. Her experience also includes significant HR roles at Murata Power Solutions, where she managed core HR functions for over 200 employees, and at Reebok International, where she provided comprehensive HR support to both retail and corporate teams.
Earlier in her career, Carly gained a strong foundation in HR through specialist and administrative positions at organizations such as The Robert Allen Group and McLean Hospital. Her expertise in benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement has been consistently demonstrated throughout her career, positioning her as a trusted leader in the HR field.
