Timisoara, Romania, May 2025 – Carmen-Maria Rosca has taken on a new role as Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Human8, a global human-driven consultancy. In her new position, Carmen-Maria is responsible for leading global talent strategies, aligning people development, culture, and performance to drive impactful change across Human8’s international teams.
Before assuming this role, Carmen-Maria served as a People and Culture Partner at Human8, where she helped shape and implement strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement programs across regions. She was also instrumental in supporting leadership on organizational design and talent retention.
She previously held senior HR roles at Unbabel, including People Director (Special Projects) and People Director, where she drove talent development strategy, leadership training, succession planning, performance coaching, and people analytics during and after the acquisition of Lingo24.
Prior to Unbabel, she spent over a decade at Lingo24, holding various positions such as Global Head of HR, Head of HR Romania, Performance Coach, Global Trainer, and Head of Projects. She played a crucial role in shaping the company’s global HR processes, implementing learning frameworks, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple regions.
Her career began in education, where she served as an English Teacher at Exam Plus Language Centre and International House, laying the foundation for her future in people development and coaching.
