Miami, Florida, United States, April 2025 – Carolin Forero has been appointed as Chief People Officer at CloudTask, marking a significant milestone in her six-year journey with the company. In her new leadership role, she will spearhead HR strategy, enhance talent development practices, and continue to foster an inclusive and performance-driven workplace culture.
Carolin Forero has grown within CloudTask over the past six years, most recently serving as Human Resources Coordinator, where she led initiatives in payroll management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Her deep understanding of the company’s culture and goals has equipped her to step into this executive role seamlessly.
Before that, she held the position of Lead Payroll Specialist at CloudTask, managing the organization’s payroll operations with precision and compliance. She also served as a Finance Assistant and earlier as a BDR, gaining cross-functional exposure and a strong foundation in business processes.
Prior to joining CloudTask, Carolin worked at Vohra Wound Physicians in the roles of Corporate Trainer and Intake Coordinator, where she developed training programs and streamlined patient intake systems. She also gained extensive training experience at Teleperformance, serving as a Trainer Coordinator and Corporate Trainer, focusing on skill-building and employee onboarding.
Her early career included roles as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel, Teleperformance, and other firms, where she developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, laying the groundwork for her career in people management.
