Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Christie Group plc has announced the appointment of Caroline Bixby as Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead the group’s strategic people agenda, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives across multiple countries and office locations.
Bixby, who has been with Christie Group plc for nearly two years, previously served as Group Human Resources Director, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation. Her expertise in executive coaching, benefits management, and global HR leadership has been instrumental in driving Christie Group’s people-centric approach.
Before stepping into her new role, Caroline Bixby was Group Human Resources Director at Christie Group plc, where she worked closely with executive leadership to implement strategic HR policies, talent initiatives, and organizational design improvements across seven countries and 40 office locations in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Christie Group, she was HR Director at Scrutton Bland, where she led HR transformation, employee engagement strategies, and business development initiatives for the accountancy, financial services, and insurance sectors. She was also responsible for succession planning, strategic leadership, and executive coaching.
In addition to her corporate roles, Bixby served as a Board Trustee and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Green Light Trust, where she contributed to the organization’s governance, strategic planning, and sustainability efforts.
Her earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., Care UK, Veolia, and VION Food Group, where she specialized in change management, compensation and benefits, HR project management, and organizational restructuring.
