Caroline brings over nine years of experience at KeolisAmey Docklands, where she previously served as Talent & Business Engagement Manager. During that time, she led several high-impact initiatives including a bespoke female talent program, mentoring frameworks for leadership, and a series of learning interventions that improved engagement scores by 26% over four years. Her efforts to build a resilient leadership pipeline and champion diversity have played a crucial role in shaping the organization’s inclusive culture.
Her previous roles include leadership positions in HR and Talent at Transport for London, Royal Mail, and Corps Security, where she built her reputation for executive coaching, succession planning, and stakeholder engagement.
