In this pivotal role, Caroline will lead the company’s human resource strategy, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and fostering an inclusive culture to support Azion’s global expansion and edge computing initiatives.
Caroline’s journey with Azion began nearly four years ago when she joined as a Learning and Development Senior Analyst, where she implemented robust training and onboarding strategies. She was later promoted to Learning and Development Team Lead, overseeing new employee integration and enhancing organizational learning frameworks. Most recently, Caroline served as People Development Manager, spearheading key initiatives in performance reviews, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Prior to Azion, Caroline made significant contributions at ADAMA Brasil, where she managed the launch of a corporate university and leadership development programs. She also revamped the onboarding process and coordinated mandatory training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Earlier in her career, Caroline held roles at Genesis Group and Unimed Londrina, where she was instrumental in implementing recruitment processes, managing corporate education initiatives, and introducing competency-based management systems. Her tenure at Unimed Londrina spanned over seven years, during which she played a critical role in corporate education, organizational culture transformation, and talent retention strategies.
