United Kingdom, September 2024 – Paula Carter has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at AESSEAL, starting in September 2024. In her new role, Paula will be responsible for leading the company’s HR strategy and overseeing all aspects of people management to support AESSEAL’s commitment to excellence in sealing solutions and sustainable industrial practices.
Prior to joining AESSEAL, Paula Carter served as the Head of Business Change and Readiness at the Ministry of Justice UK for approximately 9 months. She was instrumental in creating and managing frameworks to handle business changes effectively.
Before that, she was with the Department for Education, where she worked as Head of Strategy and Policy for about 3 years and Head of Service Management and Service Assurance for nearly 2 years. Paula also contributed to Rotherham Hospice as a Board Trustee for 4 years.
Earlier in her career, Paula was the Head of People and Change at Social Work England for around 11 months and held various senior roles at BT Group over a span of nearly 28 years. Her BT tenure included positions such as Business Improvement Consultant, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and Head of BT Spine & Health Platform Change & Service Lead, among others.
