Caron brings a wealth of experience in human resources and people management to the club, where she will be responsible for leading the HR strategy and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture at one of the most historic football clubs in England.
Caron has been with Fulham Football Club for over two years, beginning her journey as an HR Advisor before quickly progressing to People Manager. In these roles, she played a crucial part in streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee engagement, which led to her recent promotion to Head of People.
Before joining Fulham FC, Caron was the Human Resources Assistant at Fennies Nurseries, where she contributed to various HR initiatives and supported the overall HR operations for the company. Prior to this, she served as an HR Administrator at County Care Independent Living Ltd, where she managed HR administrative tasks and supported the HR team in ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Caron’s earlier career includes an extensive tenure at Virgin Holidays, where she held various positions such as Search & Content Manager, Destination Manager, and Product Development Executive. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in team leadership, content management, and customer engagement, which has greatly contributed to her HR expertise.
