Houston, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Chelsea Watson has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Panelmatic, Inc., a leader in custom industrial and electrical control panel solutions. In her new role, Chelsea will lead the company’s HR strategy and operations across multiple locations, supporting business growth through talent development, workforce planning, and a high-performance employee culture.
Prior to joining Panelmatic, Chelsea Watson served as Human Resources Director at W-Industries for nearly four years, where she led a seven-member HR team, supporting a workforce of over 800 employees. Her leadership included oversight of recruiting, immigration services, compensation analysis, and HR technology improvements, along with close strategic partnerships with executive leadership across the business.
Before W-Industries, she worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at American Cementing, LLC, where she built the HR infrastructure from the ground up for the newly formed organization and implemented payroll, benefits, and recruiting systems using Paylocity.
Chelsea also held various HR roles at BJ Energy Solutions, progressing from HR Process Analyst to HR Generalist for Corporate Business Functions, where she supported company-wide restructuring, immigration matters, and employee relations initiatives in partnership with legal and health providers.
Earlier in her career, Chelsea worked in HR and operations leadership roles at Gold’s Gym Houston, where she built the HR infrastructure and managed staff across six locations, and at Autotime Payroll Solution, where she gained significant experience managing complex payroll operations and tax compliance for over 50 clients.
