tegic initiatives to enhance people and culture programs, fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce across the organization.
Prior to this role, Carrie Wanish was self-employed for over four years as a volunteer consultant in the Greater Philadelphia area, supporting nonprofits with strategic guidance and operational improvements. She offered expertise in performance management, problem-solving, and various organizational skills, demonstrating her dedication to creating positive change in the community.
In her most recent tenure with Freedom Mortgage, Carrie held the position of Senior Director, Employee Experience for eight months. In this role, she focused on enhancing employee engagement and implementing performance management initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Before this, she was a Human Resources Transformation & Strategy Consultant at Freedom Mortgage, where she led change management and strategic communications for transformative programs, including the Workday implementation change management work stream.
Carrie also spent two years at Comcast as the Director of HR Transformation, where she led large-scale, multi-phase projects impacting technical operations and customer care. Her leadership resulted in significant improvements in KPIs, employee experience, and organizational culture. Carrie previously worked at Vanguard, serving in roles such as Project Director and Senior Project Manager, where she spearheaded organizational design, process optimization, and strategic initiatives for the company’s largest institutional clients.
