St. Louis, Missouri, United States, January 2026 — ArchKey Solutions has appointed Cassandra McMahill as Vice President, Human Resources Operations. In her expanded leadership role, McMahill will oversee HR operations strategy and execution, supporting workforce capability, scalable people processes, and organizational performance for one of the United States’ leading specialty trade installation and facilities services companies.
Before taking on this new Vice President role, Cassandra McMahill served at ArchKey Solutions for nearly two and a half years, most recently as Human Resources Director. In that position, she contributed to strengthening HR leadership, enabling people operations, and supporting strategic HR planning across the organization.
Prior to ArchKey, McMahill worked as Human Resources Director at MBR Management Corporation for close to two years, where she drove enterprise HR operations with a strong focus on records accuracy, benefits delivery optimization through automated carrier feeds, handbook modernization across multi-state operations, and improved payroll and onboarding efficiency. She also supported adoption of the Paycom HR system by training managers and employees and strengthened employee health and safety practices through external partnerships. Among her notable accomplishments were improving workers’ compensation claims reporting, supporting executive-level decision making, and increasing participation through a mid-year open enrollment initiative aligned to system transformation.
Earlier, she spent over six years with KAI Enterprises, progressing through major HR leadership responsibilities including Vice President of Corporate Resources and Human Resources Director. In these roles, she built and scaled HR capabilities to support business growth, expanded benefits programs to strengthen attraction and retention, enabled market expansion through living handbook implementation, and introduced performance systems and leadership readiness initiatives. Her work also included HR compliance, centralized corporate resource leadership, and implementation of operational systems supporting workforce effectiveness.
McMahill’s earlier career also includes experience in project accounting and administrative support, where she developed process discipline, reporting rigor, and cross-functional coordination—skills that continue to strengthen her ability to lead HR operations at enterprise scale.
