Cath has also held significant roles at major companies such as Starbucks Australia and the Medical Indemnity Protection Society, where she managed comprehensive HR functions during critical growth phases and organizational changes, notably as a Head of Partner Resources and Senior Manager People & Culture respectively.
Throughout her career, Cath has been instrumental in strategic HR planning and implementation, notably at Movember Foundation and Aesop, where she led HR teams to drive performance and support business growth through robust people strategies and enhanced HR operations.
