Faiers joins from Auto Trader UK, where she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s strategic and operational direction in one of the UK’s most successful digital marketplaces.
Bringing over two decades of experience across e-commerce, technology, and customer-focused enterprises, Faiers has built a strong reputation for driving transformation through innovation and data-led decision-making. Her career reflects consistent success in scaling digital platforms and creating seamless customer experiences across multiple sectors.
Before joining Moonpig Group, Catherine spent over eight years at Auto Trader UK, where she advanced from Strategy and Marketing Director to Chief Operating Officer, guiding the company through significant digital and operational growth. Her leadership played a key role in refining Auto Trader’s business model, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
Earlier, Catherine served as Chief Operating Officer at Addison Lee, where she led digital transformation, change management, and business operations. Prior to that, she held the position of Corporate Development Director at Trainline, managing strategy, business development, and M&A initiatives. Her career also includes leadership roles at DC Advisory and PwC, where she specialized in M&A, technology advisory, and capital markets, building a solid foundation in financial and strategic management.
Catherine also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Allegro, contributing to governance and digital growth initiatives in the European e-commerce ecosystem. Her experience across technology-enabled platforms makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead Moonpig Group into its next phase of growth and innovation.
