Prior to joining Sun King, Mudachi served as Global Marketing Director at BURN, where she led global product management, brand development, and marketing strategies for clean energy solutions. Her role contributed significantly to the company’s international market presence.

Before BURN, she was Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Copia Global, where she built and led a 446-member team. Earlier, as Vice President, Marketing East Africa at Copia Global, she spearheaded customer segmentation, digital transformation, and award-winning campaigns that grew the company’s brand awareness from 42% to 70%.

Her experience also includes a tenure as Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Communications at Safaricom PLC, where she led the rebranding campaign under the “Twaweza” positioning, earning global recognition. She also oversaw award-winning digital branded content campaigns and product launches that strengthened Safaricom’s market relevance.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Weetabix, where she introduced new product lines and drove significant market share gains, and at The Coca-Cola Company, where she played a pivotal role in launching Coke Zero in Kenya and contributed to the growth of Sprite volumes across East Africa. Her earlier roles with Kawneer Company, Inc. and Pilkington United Kingdom Limited focused on brand positioning, product innovation, and pan-European marketing communications.

In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Mudachi currently serves on multiple boards, including Anvil Shield Group, Family Bank Ltd Bancassurance Intermediary Limited, and Muthokinju Paints and Cement, contributing her expertise on strategy, audit, and commercial growth.
