United States, March 2025 – Cathy Hoenig has joined Datavant as Director, People Operations Project Management Office. In this newly appointed leadership role, Cathy will be responsible for spearheading enterprise-wide people operations projects and driving strategic alignment across Datavant’s HR transformation and employee experience initiatives.
Before joining Datavant, Cathy Hoenig served as Senior Lead Project Manager & Internal Communications, Global HR Operations at NetEase, where she led global HR project execution and internal engagement strategies. Her work involved ensuring smooth HR operations across a fast-paced, international technology environment.

Prior to NetEase, Cathy was Senior Manager, People Operations PMO at Rivian, where she helped structure the People Operations project management framework as the electric vehicle company scaled rapidly. Over her three-year tenure, she led cross-functional HR programs to drive operational efficiency and supported high-growth workforce needs.
Earlier, Cathy spent nearly four years at Exemplis LLC, holding dual leadership roles. First, she was Director of HR Operational Excellence, and later, Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office. She played a central role in designing scalable HR infrastructure and embedding continuous improvement practices throughout the organization.
Cathy’s most extensive experience was at Boeing, where she contributed over 21 years across multiple senior roles, including Deputy Program Manager for the 2nd Century HR Modernization Program, Senior Manager, Global Program Management Development & Training, and Senior Manager, Lean Continuous Improvement. Her work focused on enterprise HR transformation, process excellence, and strategic program delivery across Boeing’s global operations.
