Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, France – Catie Brand has joined Pontoon Solutions as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this prestigious role, Brand will be overseeing the global human resources functions that support over 2,000 employees across more than twelve countries. Additionally, she will aid the global sales and marketing team of the Adecco Group.
Before her new role at Pontoon Solutions, Catie Brand has had a distinguished career in human resources and talent management spanning several major organizations. Most recently, she served as COO, GA Talent, and Vice President/GM – Employer Solutions at General Assembly for over two years. Prior to this, she held the title of Vice President of Human Resources and was an Interim VP – People, managing international HR activities.
From 2014 to 2020, Brand was the Senior Director of International HR & Talent Acquisition at General Assembly, where she led HR operations in diverse markets including Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, the UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and France. Her earlier roles include being a Senior Associate at Daversa Partners, where she contributed significantly to the recruitment of impactful executives in the tech sector.
Her initial experiences in the industry included positions at Krow, Inc as a Co-founder/Advisor and earlier, as an Event Planning & Public Relations Associate at Salvatore Ferragamo, which helped build her foundational skills in the sector.
Catie is also an Advisory Board Member of the Factor Fellowship, a New York-based initiative connecting talents to startup careers, reflecting the city’s diversity and vibrancy.
