Catie has been a key contributor at Vial, previously serving as Head of People, where she enhanced HR operations, streamlined processes, and spearheaded diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Before this, as Director of Culture & Events, she leveraged her marketing expertise to foster a positive workplace culture, elevate engagement, and lead impactful team-building initiatives.

Prior to joining Vial, Catie excelled in leadership roles at Kendo Brands, Inc., including Global Marketing Manager, where she drove strategic marketing campaigns, managed significant budgets, and oversaw global events. She also held roles at MAC Cosmetics, contributing to training and development programs and managing large-scale operations for retail artists.
