Before this, as Director of Culture & Events, she leveraged her marketing expertise to foster a positive workplace culture, elevate engagement, and lead impactful team-building initiatives.
Prior to joining Vial, Catie excelled in leadership roles at Kendo Brands, Inc., including Global Marketing Manager, where she drove strategic marketing campaigns, managed significant budgets, and oversaw global events.
