Wausau, Wisconsin, United States, December 2024 – Angela Hupf has been named Vice President of Human Resources for Architectural Framing Systems (AFS) at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. In her new role, Angela will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across multiple locations, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. She will collaborate with Apogee’s Centers of Excellence to deliver innovative HR solutions that support organizational growth and a culture of accountability and innovation.
Angela brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to her role. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Architectural Framing Systems at Apogee, and previously as Vice President of Human Resources for its Window and Wall Systems division. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving talent initiatives, implementing organizational change, and fostering employee engagement.
Angela also brings academic expertise as an Adjunct Instructor at Northcentral Technical College, where she has been delivering HR Analytics coursework for the past six years. Before joining Apogee, she served as Vice President of Human Resources & Community Relations at Aspirus Health, where she led HR strategies for over 16 years.
