Brookshire, Texas, United States — Cesar Flores appointed as Senior Human Resources Manager at Goya Foods. Flores brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, including extensive work in strategic HR management, legal compliance, and employee relations.
Before joining Goya Foods, Flores held the position of Vice President of Human Resources USA at FGF Brands, where he led HR operations across four facilities in the United States. His strategic initiatives were crucial in enhancing employee relations and operational efficiency.
Prior to that, Flores served as Director of Human Resources at Axis Pipe and Tube Inc. from August 2012 to December 2020. During his tenure, he was responsible for HR functions across two manufacturing plants and the corporate office, overseeing significant improvements in staffing processes, compliance, and safety programs.
Flores also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Bar-S Foods Co. from June 2008 to July 2012, where he partnered with the Division President to develop HR strategies for a large-scale operation that included manufacturing plants and regional commercial facilities across ten states.
Before his time at Bar-S Foods, Flores was a Human Resources Manager at Teleperformance, where he led HR for a large call center, emphasizing enhancements in employee management and operational HR systems. His career also includes a significant role as Director of Human Resources at Mars, where he supervised HR operations for unionized manufacturing plants in Monterrey, Mexico.
