Kansas City, Kansas, United States, December 2024 – Cezanne Weis has stepped into the role of Director of Human Resources at Orange EV, a leader in manufacturing pure electric heavy-duty trucks. In this pivotal role, Cezanne will oversee Orange EV’s human resources strategies, focusing on building a people-first culture that aligns with the company’s mission to deliver innovative, sustainable transportation solutions.
Before joining Orange EV, Cezanne served as Director of Human Resources at Seaboard Energy, where she spent nearly two years enhancing HR operations and fostering a high-performance work environment in Merriam, Kansas.
Prior to that, she was the Senior Human Resources Manager at Seaboard Foods, where she led strategic HR initiatives and supported organizational growth for over a year.
Cezanne also brings extensive HR leadership experience from her six-year tenure at Agri Trails Coop, Inc., where she managed HR functions and contributed to organizational development in Kansas.
Earlier in her career, Cezanne spent over a decade as a Human Resources Leader at Dillon Stores, A Division of the Kroger Company, where she honed her expertise in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning in Hutchinson, Kansas.
