London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Charlie Collard (Howarth) has been appointed as Chief People Officer at TrinityBridge, marking a new chapter in her distinguished HR leadership career. In this elevated role, she will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture as the firm continues to grow its footprint in investment management, financial planning, and workplace financial wellbeing.
Prior to this promotion, Charlie served as Head of HR at TrinityBridge for nearly seven years, where she played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR operations and successfully navigating its transformation from Close Brothers Asset Management to TrinityBridge.

Before joining TrinityBridge, she spent over three years at Close Brothers Asset Management, where she held the roles of Lead HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, supporting strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives across the firm.
Charlie also brings valuable legal industry HR expertise, having spent nearly four years at Slaughter and May, where she was HR Manager and earlier, HR Adviser for trainees, overseeing full-spectrum HR advisory responsibilities and trainee development programmes.
Earlier in her career, she worked with organizations including King & Wood Mallesons, Allen & Overy, and Dow Chemical Company, gaining deep operational HR experience across finance, legal, and industrial sectors.
