Denmark, April 2026 — Charlotte Ellermann has joined LEO Pharma as Strategic HR Business Partner for Product Supply, marking an important milestone in her human resources leadership journey. Her appointment reflects extensive experience across HR business partnering, people strategy, and organizational development, built over a long career in Denmark’s corporate sector.
Before joining LEO Pharma, Charlotte Ellermann spent more than twelve years with Lundbeck, where she held progressive roles including Director People & Organization, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR-Partner. This long tenure reflects a strong internal growth journey and deep expertise across people leadership and business partnership.
Alongside her corporate role, she has also served as Board Member at NEXT – UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN. Earlier in her career, she was associated with Nomeco A/S as HR-Konsulent, with Steff Houlberg as Personalekonsulent, with Digiquant as HR Consultant, and with Olivetti as HR Konsulent. Together, these roles reflect a long and accomplished career across HR consulting, people partnership, and organizational support.
With experience spanning LEO Pharma, Lundbeck, NEXT – UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN, Nomeco A/S, Steff Houlberg, Digiquant, and Olivetti, Charlotte Ellermann brings a strong and well-rounded HR leadership profile to her new role.
