United Kingdom, September 2025 — Charlotte Howden has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at PageGroup. In this new role, she will lead the UK talent acquisition function, further strengthening PageGroup’s ability to attract and retain top talent and drive business growth across the region.
Charlotte has been with PageGroup since 2022, steadily advancing through key leadership positions. She most recently served as UK Senior TA Manager, after earlier roles as UK Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager – North, Midlands & Scotland. In these roles, she has been instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies and partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful results.
Before joining PageGroup, Charlotte worked at Greencore, a leading UK convenience food manufacturer, where she served as Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as Talent Acquisition Specialist. There, she played a vital role in talent strategies for operations, supply chain, technical, and SHE functions, supporting a company that delivers millions of products daily to major UK retailers.
Charlotte began her recruitment career as a Recruitment Consultant at Stafforce Recruitment, part of Nicholas Associates Group. In this role, she gained foundational experience in recruitment across industrial, food manufacturing, and technical sectors, supporting both permanent and temporary staffing needs.
