Bringing more than two decades of experience in human resources, Yvette steps into her role with a proven track record of enhancing HR functions and driving business success through people-centric strategies.
Yvette has recently transitioned from her role as a Human Resources Consultant, where over five months, she applied her extensive HR skills across various domains including mergers and acquisitions, policy standardization, and continuous improvement. Her short stint as a consultant follows a significant tenure at AkzoNobel, where she was pivotal for over a decade.
At AkzoNobel, she held the position of Director of Human Resources and People Services, where she led the strategic design and compliance of the benefits programs across the US and Canada. Her role involved developing and streamlining procedures to align with global operational models and leading a culture of continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Prior to her substantial role at AkzoNobel, Yvette served as the Total Rewards Manager, managing compensation and benefits for a substantial workforce, further honing her expertise in HR management that supports business objectives effectively.
