Atlanta, Georgia, United States, February 2026 – Charlotte Wolf Tarfa has taken on the role of Vice President, People & Culture – India & Southwest Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, partnering with teams across the system in one of the company’s most dynamic regions. In this capacity, she will align people strategy with business priorities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive organizational effectiveness across India and Southwest Asia.
Charlotte transitions into this regional leadership role after serving as Vice President, Global Talent Strategy & Succession at The Coca-Cola Company, where she led the strategy and execution of global talent and succession initiatives across 200+ markets. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, she contributed to Board-level Talent Management discussions and focused on building diverse, agile, and skills-based leadership pipelines aligned to long-term business goals.
Earlier, as Global Senior Director, Talent & Development, she partnered with executive and functional leaders to design and enable talent strategies for approximately 8,500 colleagues worldwide. Her work emphasized high-performance teams, structured succession planning, and scalable leadership development initiatives across corporate functions.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Charlotte spent six years at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in progressively senior HR and Learning leadership roles, including Director Corporate and Leadership Learning & Development and Global HR Business Partner. She led global organizational transformation initiatives, implemented leadership development programs, and delivered large-scale DE&I learning solutions across the Americas and global markets.
Earlier in her career, she held international talent consulting and program leadership roles at Unique Multilingual and HRC International, building strong expertise in global talent acquisition, cross-cultural workforce integration, and leadership capability development.
