Chase Ethington has joined Cimarron as Vice President of Human Resources. Ethington brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the innovative emissions management company.
Before joining Cimarron, Ethington was deeply embedded in human resources management at US Foods, where he served as the Human Resources Director since July 2019. In this role, he was responsible for a wide array of strategic HR functions, including people management, coaching, mentoring, and the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and company growth.
Prior to his tenure at US Foods, Ethington was an HR Business Partner at Daikin North America from May 2016 to July 2019, where he honed his skills in people development and strategic HR leadership. His earlier roles include serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Goodman Manufacturing, a member of the Daikin Group, from January 2010 to May 2016, where he led training delivery and content development to support organizational goals.
Ethington’s career is marked by over 15 years of escalating responsibilities in HR across various industries, including educational administration as the World Language Department Chair at Fort Bend ISD and as a Lead Trainer/Instructional Designer at Melaleuca.
