In her new role, Chelsea will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of talent strategy—driving the Club’s vision of aligning top-tier talent with its legendary performance culture.
Previously, Chelsea Beck-Daniel served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience at Korn Ferry, where she was responsible for overseeing the hiring strategy for Manchester United via RPO1. Her focus on enhancing end-to-end candidate experience and optimizing recruitment processes made a significant impact on hiring effectiveness at the Club.
Before Korn Ferry, Chelsea was associated with Morson Talent for nearly five years, where she held various roles including Senior Client Relationship Manager, Client Delivery Manager, and Talent Attraction and Retention Partner. In these roles, she partnered with clients such as Manchester United, McLaren Racing, and Brakes, managing outsourced recruitment and talent optimization strategies.
Earlier in her career, she served as Recruitment Partner at MAG (Airports Group) and TSB Bank via Resource Solutions, where she managed large-scale hiring operations and contingent workforce programs. Her responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and operational PSL management across diverse industries.
Chelsea began her career with roles at Premier Work Support and Paycloud, gaining foundational experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration. Her rich experience across recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement has shaped her into a well-rounded HR leader.
