Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States, December 2024 – Chelsea Hutchings has joined Fidelity Investments as the Director of Talent & Learning Delivery. In this hybrid role, Chelsea will oversee the delivery of innovative learning programs and talent strategies, reinforcing Fidelity’s commitment to fostering growth and development among its associates.
Chelsea most recently served as Learning & Development Manager (Head of L&D) at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA). During her tenure, she led efforts in strategic learning initiatives, curriculum development, and talent programs, leveraging her expertise in continuous improvement, leadership development, and instructional design.
Before Lindt & Sprüngli, Chelsea worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pratt & Whitney, where she focused on organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching. Her role was pivotal in driving systems improvements and managing complex learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
At Nestlé Purina North America, Chelsea held roles as Manager of Training and Training Manager, where she developed and executed comprehensive training programs that supported technical and leadership development across the organization. Her contributions included enhancing competency models and implementing strategies to promote organizational growth.
Chelsea also brings valuable experience from her early career, including roles at Ibotta, Inc. and Port City Pretzels, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, change management, and talent development.
