Chelsea brings decades of technology, product, and engineering leadership experience across global education, digital content, and enterprise technology organizations. Known for her dynamic leadership and deep expertise in solution architecture and product innovation, she has consistently led large-scale technology transformations and high-performing engineering teams.
Prior to joining Talogy, Chelsea served as Chief Technology Officer at Reflex and earlier held CTO roles at Cengage Group, Yonder, and Macmillan Learning. At Macmillan, she progressed through multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP Technology and VP Engineering, driving platform modernization, product development, and digital transformation initiatives across learning ecosystems. Her earlier tenure at LibreDigital (RR Donnelley) further strengthened her engineering leadership experience in digital publishing and content platforms.
Beyond corporate leadership, Chelsea is a prolific technology author, having authored or co-authored more than 13 books on web technologies, XML, XHTML, and application development, including titles such as Mastering XSLT and HTML 4 For Dummies. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Austin Community College, teaching web application and XML technologies—reflecting her long-standing commitment to education and knowledge sharing.
