Avon, Ohio, United States, October 2025 — Signia Aerospace has announced the appointment of Chelsey Sabatino as Vice President, Human Resources for Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems and Hartzell Propeller, two of its key aerospace manufacturing subsidiaries. In this dual leadership role, Chelsey will spearhead HR strategy, culture transformation, and talent development across both companies, driving operational excellence and people-centric growth in alignment with Signia Aerospace’s mission to advance innovation in aviation technology.
Chelsey brings over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Her proven expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness positions her well to lead the HR strategy across these two historic and engineering-driven organizations.
Chelsey’s journey with Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems began over three years ago, where she most recently served as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she played a key part in strengthening the company’s HR operations, aligning workforce strategy with business goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence. Prior to that, she served as Division Human Resources Manager, where she supported cross-functional leadership initiatives and HR transformation efforts across multiple sites.
Before joining Signia Aerospace’s Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems, Chelsey spent more than 11 years at Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin Corporation, the world’s leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies. Rising through roles from Human Resources Representative to Division HR Manager, she developed deep expertise in employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational restructuring. Her tenure at Parker Aerospace solidified her reputation as a trusted HR business partner and change leader within a global aerospace environment.
Chelsey began her career as a Human Resources Intern at Parker Hannifin, where she gained early exposure to the principles of workforce engagement and talent management within high-performance engineering teams — foundations that would guide her ascent through the HR profession.
