Cheryl Marriott Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Pepper Advantage

Uxbridge, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Cheryl Marriott has begun her new role as Head of Human Resources at Pepper Advantage, a leading global credit management and intelligence company. Cheryl will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and enhancing employee engagement across Pepper Advantage’s UK operations.

Prior to joining Pepper Advantage, Cheryl served as Head of People Systems and Data Analytics at Utility Warehouse, where she managed the strategic improvement of people systems infrastructure and built a successful people analytics function from the ground up. Her expertise in leveraging HR technology to improve service delivery and employee engagement was instrumental in her success.

Before that, Cheryl held the position of Global HCM Project Manager at COFCO International, where she led the global implementation of SuccessFactors across 35 countries, managing a diverse team and ensuring the seamless integration of HR systems with payroll and other legacy systems.

Cheryl has also contributed to the success of Menzies Aviation as their Global HRIS Project Manager, where she was responsible for managing the global rollout of HR systems and leading change management initiatives to enhance HR operations.
