In her new role, she will lead HR operations, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives, aligning them with the company’s business goals and expansion strategies.
Prior to joining 8mila.com, Chiara Mirani spent over 15 years at Inter IKEA Group, holding various HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as People and Culture Manager for Supply Area South, where she led a team of 10 HR professionals across Italy, Romania, Turkey, and Pakistan, driving HR strategy, leadership coaching, and diversity initiatives. Before this, she held the role of People & Culture Manager for Purchasing & Logistics Area South Europe & Africa, where she was instrumental in organizational development and workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, she worked at ADECCO ITALIA SpA as Recruitment & Personnel Administration Responsible, managing talent acquisition and HR operations. She also has experience as a reporter and proofreader at Il Giornale dell’Alto Milanese, highlighting her strong communication skills.
