Park City, Utah, United States, August 2025 – Chris Jenkins has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Equip, marking a significant leadership transition in the organization’s people and talent strategy. In this role, Jenkins will be responsible for leading all aspects of Equip’s people operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support the company’s mission of transforming eating disorder treatment through a 100% virtual, evidence-based care model.
Jenkins steps into this new role after serving as Vice President of Talent at Equip for the past eight months. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and aligning workforce planning with Equip’s rapid growth in virtual care delivery.
Before joining Equip, Jenkins spent over four years at LinkedIn, where he held multiple leadership positions, most recently as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Engineering & Emerging Talent. In this capacity, he expanded the global engineering talent acquisition team from 95 to over 275 members, significantly increasing hiring velocity while meeting diversity objectives. He also led initiatives to revamp interview and assessment processes, introduced a remote hiring strategy to reach underrepresented talent, and launched the “Possibilities in Tech” Scholarship program for STEM students. Earlier at LinkedIn, he served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, managing a team of 50 recruiters and leading strategic efforts to attract diverse engineering talent.
Prior to LinkedIn, Jenkins worked at McKinsey & Company for nearly four years, where he was Global Director of EP and Tech Recruiting and earlier Director of Recruiting, New Ventures. He oversaw global recruiting teams across six regions, redesigned recruiting models for agility, implemented diversity-focused hiring strategies, and led large-scale hiring programs for software solutions and consulting organizations under McKinsey’s New Ventures umbrella.
Earlier in his career, Jenkins served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Relativity, where he led global recruiting efforts, redesigned assessment processes, and implemented leadership training for hiring managers. He also spent more than six years at Deloitte Consulting as Systems Integration and Deloitte Digital Recruiting Lead, where he managed recruiting for multiple service lines and drove integration of technology recruiting processes across practices. His earlier experience includes recruiting roles at Advanced Clinical, founding his own placement agency CJ Med Search, and leadership roles at Hall Kinion.
