London, United Kingdom, April 2026 – Chris Jenkins has joined Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd as Chief People Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its growth and transformation journey.
In this role, Chris will lead the people strategy, drive organizational capability, and support TIS’s ambitions around continuous improvement and digital transformation, ensuring a strong alignment between talent, culture, and business performance.
Prior to joining Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd, Chris served as Head of People Operations at Genius Sports, where she led people operations strategy across a global workforce, focusing on operational excellence, employee experience, and scalable HR frameworks.
Earlier, she held the position of Head of HR Operations (International) at Eversheds Sutherland, managing international HR operations and driving process optimization across global teams.
She also worked as an HR Projects, Change Management Consultant at Auxillia Enterprises, where she led HR transformation initiatives including competency frameworks, HRIS implementation, process redesign, and leadership capability building, supporting organizations through strategic HR change programs.
Chris spent a significant part of her career at Serco, where she held multiple senior leadership roles including Customer Service Director – Corporate Shared Services, Professional Services Director, and HR Director – Transformation & Corporate Shared Services. During this tenure, she led large-scale HR transformation programs, built HR shared service models, and improved operational efficiency and service delivery across complex organizations.
Earlier in her career, she served as Group HR Director at Johnsons Service Group Plc and held leadership roles at Amey, Johnson Apparelmaster Ltd, and Sketchely Textile Services, building deep expertise in HR strategy, transformation, M&A integration, and workforce management.
With decades of leadership experience, Chris brings strong capabilities in HR transformation, shared services, change management, and organizational design, making her well-positioned to support TIS’s next phase of growth.
