Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Bharathi Mangaiahgari has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the company advances its growth and transformation agenda.
In her new role, Bharathi will spearhead the company’s people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and foster a high-performance culture, aligning talent and leadership priorities with business transformation and long-term value creation.
Most recently, Bharathi served as Vice President Human Resources (Group Head) at Mahathi Infra Services Pvt. Ltd., where she led HR strategy across diverse business verticals including EPC, manufacturing, refinery, marine, shipping, cryogenic, storage terminals, medical, nuclear, and green energy, both in India and globally. Her role demonstrated strong leadership in organizational transformation, global HR operations, and talent management.
Prior to this, she held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Patil Group, where she played a key role in driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives, strengthening people processes, and enabling business scalability through structured HR leadership.
She has also contributed as a Human Resources Consultant at OnStak, bringing strategic insights into HR advisory, compensation management, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Bharathi served as General Manager Human Resources at Armstrong Energy Global, followed by a role as Senior Human Resources Advisor at jHR solutions, where she focused on HR transformation, advisory, and workforce strategy.
She also held leadership roles as Deputy General Manager / Head – HR at JK Organisation / JK Agri Genetics Limited and Deputy General Manager – HR at Greenko Group, building strong expertise across infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
With a career spanning over a decade and a half, Bharathi brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational transformation, leadership development, HR governance, and digital HR enablement, making her well-positioned to lead HNGIL’s people agenda during a critical phase of growth.
