Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2026 – Paramasivan (Param) has taken on a new role as Group Head – HR, Admin & Legal at VST Motors, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization as it continues to strengthen its people, governance, and operational frameworks.
In his new role at VST Motors, Paramasivan (Param) will be responsible for leading the integrated functions of Human Resources, Administration, and Legal, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business growth while strengthening governance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, he served as Head of HR at S & P Foundation Private Limited, where he led strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives, contributing to business growth and workforce effectiveness.
Earlier, he held the role of Head – HR, IR & Admin (India Operations) at Eversendai Construction Private Limited, managing a large workforce of over 3,000 employees across multiple projects, manufacturing units, and engineering divisions, demonstrating strong expertise in industrial relations, large-scale workforce management, and operational HR leadership.
He also served as General Manager – HR & Admin at Sowparnika Projects and Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin at Lokaa Developer Pvt. Ltd., where he led HR transformation, multi-state workforce management, and administrative operations.
A significant part of his career includes a long tenure at True Value Homes, where he served as Senior General Manager – HR, Admin & Operations, driving HR strategy, talent management, compensation frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to improved productivity, retention, and organizational performance.
He began his career with roles at SSM College of Engineering and The Lakshmi Mills Company Limited, building a strong foundation in HR operations, training & development, industrial relations, and organizational effectiveness.
With over two decades of experience, Param brings deep expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, administration, and organizational transformation, making him well-positioned to support VST Motors’ continued growth and legacy.
