With a robust background in financial leadership across global organizations, Chris is poised to drive the financial strategy and operational efficiency of NextLink Group as it continues its growth in IT, BPO, and digital services.
Chris brings over two decades of financial expertise to his new role. Most recently, he served as Finance Director at CBSbutler, where he led strategic financial planning and risk management for the multi-award-winning recruitment firm specializing in technical appointments.
Prior to CBSbutler, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer at Petroplan, a global recruitment solutions partner for the energy sector. During his tenure, he successfully enhanced financial performance and oversaw strategic business planning across multiple geographies.
Chris also held the position of Finance Director (UK & Ireland) at Kelly Services, where he managed finance operations for the global staffing leader, known for its innovative workforce solutions. His contributions included optimizing financial processes and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as Finance & Commercial Director at Cisilion, an award-winning global systems integrator and managed services provider. He was instrumental in implementing financial strategies that supported international expansion and operational success.
Chris’s professional foundation was built during his 12-year tenure at Damovo UK Ltd (now part of Daisy Group), where he held various leadership roles, including Financial Controller and Commercial Controller, contributing to financial planning, M&A integration, and business performance optimization.
