Franklinville, New Jersey, United States, December 2024 – Chrissy Magnotta has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Byers Industrial Services, where she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and enhancing HR processes to support Byers’ continued growth and success in industrial manufacturing services.
Chrissy brings extensive experience in client engagement, sales enablement, and human capital management to her new role. Prior to joining Byers, Chrissy served as a Client Advisor and Director of Client Engagement at World Insurance Associates, formerly Katz/Pierz, for over seven years. She was instrumental in strengthening client relationships and driving engagement strategies.
She also held the position of Sales Enablement Leader at World Insurance Associates LLC, where she implemented initiatives to enhance sales processes and team productivity. Chrissy’s expertise extends to HR and payroll solutions, demonstrated through her tenure as an HCM Account Executive at Paylocity and District Sales Manager at Payroll Service Solutions.
Her earlier career includes a successful stint as a Sales Representative at TEAM Enterprises, where she gained valuable experience in customer relationship management and sales strategy development.
