Latham, New York, United States, February 2026 — Christi Sadowski has started a new role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Community Care Physicians, where she will lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations in support of its mission to deliver high-quality, community-centered healthcare across upstate New York.
In her new position, Christi Sadowski will oversee enterprise financial planning, performance management, and operational finance, strengthening Community Care Physicians’ ability to scale services while maintaining patient-focused excellence. Her appointment underscores the organization’s commitment to strong financial leadership as it continues to expand its multispecialty healthcare network.
Prior to joining Community Care Physicians, Sadowski spent nearly a decade at CDPHP, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, where she led strategic finance initiatives and operational performance management. Earlier in her career, she held progressive finance leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, building deep expertise in healthcare finance, analytics, and operational strategy. She also serves as Board Member – Treasurer for ConnectRX LLC and ConnectRX Hometown, contributing governance and financial oversight experience.
Sadowski holds a Master of Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose, further strengthening her foundation in business and financial leadership.
