Singapore, November 2025 — Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology, and digital transformation, has announced the appointment of Christian Fam as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Southeast Asia. With over a decade of experience across global advisory firms and technology organizations, Christian brings deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, strategy, and risk management to his new role.
As CISO, Christian will lead Capgemini’s cybersecurity strategy across Southeast Asia, driving initiatives to strengthen resilience, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance digital trust across enterprise ecosystems. His appointment reinforces Capgemini’s commitment to safeguarding clients’ digital transformation journeys through innovation and robust security frameworks.
Before joining Capgemini, Christian served as Associate Director – Cyber Strategy & Governance at KPMG Singapore, where he advised multinational clients on cyber maturity, risk posture, and governance models. He also played a pivotal role in aligning cybersecurity programs with evolving business and regulatory landscapes in the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier, at IDC Asia/Pacific, Christian led regional research and consulting engagements as Senior Manager for Research and Consulting, focusing on cybersecurity strategy, market intelligence, and technology risk management. His prior roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and EY further deepened his experience in security delivery, cyber transformation, and information risk assurance, providing him with a holistic understanding of the technology, compliance, and human dimensions of cybersecurity.
With a track record of driving impactful cybersecurity transformation initiatives across industries, Christian’s appointment marks a significant step in Capgemini’s ongoing mission to empower organizations with secure, AI-driven digital solutions that foster innovation and trust.
