Lyngby, Denmark, May 2024 – Christina Bjerregaard has taken on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition Denmark at Novonesis. With her extensive experience in talent acquisition, Christina is set to enhance the recruitment strategies and foster talent development within the organization.
Previously, Christina served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Chr. Hansen, where she was responsible for employer branding, sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding from May 2023 to May 2024. Her role encompassed managing a team in Denmark, overseeing significant recruitment activities, and leading strategic projects to elevate the talent acquisition process.
Before joining Chr. Hansen, Christina held the role of Head of Recruitment for Denmark, where she led recruitment operations and process optimizations from December 2020 to May 2023. Her tenure at Chr. Hansen was marked by significant contributions to recruitment strategies and internal talent development.
Christina’s earlier roles include being a Senior Recruitment Specialist, where she managed the recruitment lifecycle for key positions within the organization from November 2019 to December 2020, and a Recruitment Specialist at Chr. Hansen from October 2017 to November 2019, focusing on developing and implementing local recruitment processes.
