Christina James Appointed as Partner, Head of Platform, Reward and Transformation at Knight Frank

London, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 — Christina James, MCIPD has taken on a new role as Partner, Head of Platform, Reward and Transformation at Knight Frank, a global real estate consultancy known for its personalized client service and locally rooted, globally connected operations. Christina’s appointment reflects her growing leadership within the firm, where she has already made substantial contributions over the past five years.

Since joining Knight Frank in 2019, Christina has risen through several strategic HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Partner, HR Consulting – Group & Business Services, following a successful tenure as Partner, Lead HR Business Partner and earlier as Associate HR Business Partner. Throughout her time at Knight Frank, she has championed HR transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development, helping embed high-performance culture across the organization.

Before Knight Frank, Christina spent over four years with Cushman & Wakefield, serving as Associate Director – Human Resources EMEA and earlier as HR Manager – EMEA during the firm’s transition from DTZ. In these roles, she provided strategic HR support across Europe, delivering large-scale organizational change initiatives and working internationally from both London and Gothenburg.

Prior to that, she was Head of HR Support Services at CBRE UK, where she led multiple high-impact HR projects, including salary and bonus reviews, onboarding initiatives, and performance management processes. Christina also held operational and HR leadership roles at Berwin Leighton Paisner, Owen Reed, and Williams Lea, where she managed large teams and complex HR functions across sectors and geographies.

Across her 20+ years of experience, Christina has built a strong reputation for delivering results at the intersection of operations, strategy, and people development.
