New York, United States, March 2025 – Christina Kasman Rosenberg has been appointed as Director, People Analytics Partner at Gartner. In her new role, she will drive strategic people analytics initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning and decision-making across the organization.
Rosenberg has been a part of Gartner for nearly four years, previously serving as Associate Director, Product Development, People Analytics. In this role, she led initiatives in product development for people analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Prior to that, she was People Analytics and Insight Delivery Manager, where she focused on delivering data-driven HR solutions to optimize talent strategies.
Before joining Gartner, Rosenberg spent eight years at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she held multiple roles in HR and people analytics. As Associate Manager, People Analytics and Reporting, she managed workforce analytics and reporting strategies to support business decision-making. Earlier, in People Planning and Analytics, she was responsible for workforce forecasting and HR analytics, and in Talent Acquisition Operations, she contributed to recruitment data analysis and process improvements.
