Gurugram, India, July 2026 — Chryselys, a pharma analytics and business consulting company, has announced the appointment of Sukhdeep Aurora as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Welcoming the appointment, the company said Sukhdeep brings 23 years of HR leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, technology, BFSI, real estate, and high-frequency trading sectors. It also highlighted his track record of building high-performing teams, leading HR digitization initiatives, and shaping award-winning workplace cultures.
Prior to joining Chryselys, Sukhdeep served as Vice President – Human Resources at NK Securities Research, where he led the HR function for the high-frequency algorithmic trading firm, focusing on performance-driven culture, talent acquisition, employee value proposition, and scalable people practices.
Before that, he worked as a Fractional CHRO, providing strategic HR consulting to high-growth organizations. During this period, he designed leadership coaching programs, developed culture-building frameworks, implemented HR technology solutions, and established scalable HR processes and policies.
Earlier, Sukhdeep was Chief People Officer at ANAROCK Property Consultants, where he led the organization’s people strategy for more than seven years. He also served as Head – Human Resources, India at JLL, Head – Business HR at Abbott India, Assistant Vice President – HR at AEGON Religare Life Insurance, Senior HR Manager at Infosys, and Manager – HR at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, building extensive leadership experience across diverse industries.
Announcing the appointment, Chryselys said:
