Beverly Hills, California, United States, January 2025 – Clair Phillips has been appointed as the Vice President at United Talent Agency (UTA). In this elevated role, she will continue driving the agency’s strategic talent initiatives while contributing to UTA’s reputation as a global leader in talent representation and content production.
Clair Phillips has been with United Talent Agency for nearly seven years, most recently serving as a senior leader in UTA Marketing. During her time in this division, she played a pivotal role in building strategic talent partnerships and enhancing content visibility for the agency’s diverse roster of talent.

Prior to her tenure at UTA, Clair was Digital Strategy & Content Manager at Casamigos Tequila, where she oversaw digital marketing campaigns and content strategies. Earlier, she worked at United Entertainment Group, holding multiple roles including Senior Account Manager, where she developed marketing strategies and client relationships.
Her early career includes roles as a Production Assistant at Magical Elves, Inc., working on the Emmy-nominated show Top Chef, and various production and editorial internships, including with Screaming Flea Productions, KING 5 TV, and Mediabistro.
