Claire brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience, including her tenure at Prodigy Finance, where she served as People Operations Manager for more than five years, rising to become the Head of People Operations. In these roles, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategies and driving engagement across hybrid work environments.
Before joining Prodigy Finance, Claire was the Human Capital Manager at Coast2Coast Capital, where she oversaw HR practices across South Africa, Australia, and Europe. Her responsibilities spanned recruitment, talent management, training, and change management, contributing to the organization’s global growth.
Claire also spent over seven years at BSG, a professional services organization, where she progressed from HR Administrator to People Effectiveness Team Lead. She led key HR projects and managed a team of consultants, enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
