London, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Dojo has announced the appointment of Claire Samson as its new Head of People Operations & Reward. With a strong background in HR leadership, compensation strategy, and global people operations, Claire will oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operational processes for the company’s growing workforce across multiple regions.
Before stepping into this new role, Claire Samson served as People Operations Lead at Dojo for nearly a year, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes and optimizing payroll and benefits programs globally. Prior to that, she was a Senior People Partner at Dojo, supporting cross-functional teams during international expansion and ensuring a seamless HR strategy.
Claire also founded and led Toccata Ltd, a consultancy specializing in people & culture and business operations advisory. She worked with fintech and wellness tech startups on employer branding, compensation benchmarking, and HR best practices.
Previously, Claire was Director of People & Talent at Beam, where she oversaw HR, legal, and finance operations for the award-winning Tech for Good startup. Before that, she spent nearly a decade in HR leadership roles at S&P Global and Bumble, leading organizational transformation, talent strategy, and compensation frameworks.
