London, United Kingdom – GXO Logistics, Inc., a leader in global logistics solutions, has announced the appointment of Corinna Refsgaard as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. This strategic move comes as GXO continues to expand its influence in the logistics sector, with a reported revenue of $9.7 billion in 2023.

Refsgaard brings over two decades of HR experience to her new role at GXO. Most recently, she served as the Group Chief People & Culture Officer at ISS A/S in Copenhagen, where she spearheaded initiatives across diverse regional markets for more than seven years. Her tenure at ISS A/S followed a significant role at ISS Facility Services Holding GmbH in Germany as Managing Director.
Prior to ISS, Refsgaard was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kontron AG for four years, where she played a critical role in shaping the HR landscape to support the company’s technological advancements and market expansions.
Her earlier experiences include strategic HR leadership roles at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and Airbus, where she managed global security and integrated systems. Refsgaard’s foundational HR roles were shaped at Daimler and Temic Telefunken Microelectronic GmbH, where she developed key HR strategies and international management initiatives.
Overall, Refsgaard’s extensive career spans significant contributions in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development, accumulating over 25 years of experience in the field.
